All that part of the Parish of Shalfleet which lies to the North of the Turnpike Road leading from Shalfleet Bridge through Warlands Lane to the Blacksmiths Shop at Ningwood Green; North East of an imaginary line from the Blacksmiths Shop aforesaid to the Yarmouth road at the westernmost part of Ningwood Common, and North of the last mentioned place to Bouldnor; (including Bouldnor House, Lucketts, Cranmore, Hamstead Common, Hamstead Farm, Lower Hamstead, Ningwood Common, the hamlet of Ningwood, Atkeys, part of the village of Shalfleet (North Side), Farm Lane, Shalfleet Mill and Salterns Cottages
